Worried about how to pay for school? You’re not alone. VCC offers a variety of scholarships, bursaries, grants, and loans to help you plan your education and focus on your goals.
Let’s help you get started.
Understanding financial aid
Not all financial aid works the same way. Here are the main types:
- Scholarships: Awarded based on achievement or talent
- Bursaries: Based on financial need
- Grants: Government-funded and usually don’t need to be repaid
- Loans: Need to be paid back after graduation
You can apply for more than one type of aid.
Explore your options
There are many ways to fund your education at VCC. These supports are designed for different stages of your student journey, and you may qualify for more than one.
