VCC accepts the following methods of payment:
Online banking (recommended)
Pay through your own online banking account (including credit unions) by adding Vancouver Community College as a “Payee”. When prompted, use your VCC student ID number as the account number.
Flywire
Make a payment by Interac e-Transfer, debit card, credit card, online bill pay, credit card, or other local payment methods through Flywire. Flywire service fees apply.

Credit Card (domestic students)
Credit card service fees apply. Cards accepted are:

Cash
VCC does not accept cash payments of more than $50.
Cheque or money order
Cheque payable to “Vancouver Community College”. Post-dated cheques are not accepted.

Use Flywire to pay using debit card online, or visit the Student Accounts Office to pay in person.
Sponsor
If you are sponsored by an external agency, you will need to present a letter from the sponsoring agency before or during registration.
Financial aid
If you need financial support, please contact VCC Financial Aid at least two months before the start of the program.
Fee deferral request
Students who have been approved for student loans or are being sponsored by an external agency may qualify for a fee deferral. Please contact the Student Accounts Office to request a fee deferral prior to the registration deadline or payment due date.
