This part-time course is designed to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities. By developing functioning literacy skills, participants increase their independence in community life and prepare for future learning and employment opportunities. Students participate in group and individual work. Students benefit from a small class size and activities that focus on functional literacy skills. Computer assisted instruction is part of the course.
