VCC’s Building Manager Certificate provides a strong foundation for students looking to work as caretakers/managers for residential, commercial, and industrial establishments. Learn about landlord-tenant law and acts, basic building maintenance, fire safety, security, record keeping, and more.

Attend an info session meet an instructor, learn about class format and scheduling and have your questions answered.
