Recommended Characteristics

This program is well-suited for people with some project management or video game industry experience, but this is not required. Recommended characteristics include:
  • Interest in video games, board games, puzzles, and/or story
  • Experience/comfort with technology, including internet browsers, spreadsheets, email, etc
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Good organization skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexibility
  • Good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Good written and conversational use of the English language
