Application fees
International application fee: $145
- Application fees are charged upon submission of applications.
- Application fees are non-refundable.
- Application fees are not transferrable between VCC programs. Students applying to a different program must pay a new application fee.
- Applications are withdrawn if an offer of admission is declined, or if the program start date has passed. To reapply, students must submit a new application package and pay the application fee again.
Assessment fees
VCC assessment fees vary depending on the type of assessment required.
To determine whether an assessment is necessary, review the admission requirements of your chosen program, and apply to VCC with supporting documents for evaluation.
If an assessment is required and available, you will receive instructions to book the assessment and pay the assessment fee.
VCC assessments are conducted in person. Assessment fees are not refundable.
Tuition
Tuition is charged by the college for the provision of a course or program and will vary program.

Tuition deposit
Tuition deposit and program fee amounts vary by program.
- A tuition deposit is required to accept your offer of admission and secure a seat in a program.
- Payment must be received by the stated deadline in your offer of admission, typically within 3 weeks of issuance.
- The deposit will be applied toward your first-term tuition fees.
- All tuition deposits include a $10,000 non-refundable and non-transferrable portion. Students applying to a different program will be subject to the non-refundable portion of the tuition deposit from their original program.
Student fees
Student fees are charged by the college for the services and resources provided to students, including but not limited to:
- Campus Resource Fee
- College Initiative Fees
- Health and Dental Fees
- Materials Fee, if applicable
- Students’ Union Fee
- UPass Fee

Fee increases
Tuition and other fees are approximate and subject to increase up to 5% per year. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Students making advance or installment payments will be required to pay the difference if fees increase during their enrolment period.
International cohort tuition
International cohort programs are exclusively designed for international students, and international tuition and fees apply for the entire duration of the program.
International cohort programs include:

- Business and Project Management (Post-Degree Diploma)
- Business Management (Post-Degree Diploma)
